60 Minute Consultation Session

Work with your unconscious mind to uncover the parts of yourself that you repress and hide from yourself. Shadow Work is the process of deep self-integration. This can include trauma or parts of your personality that you subconsciously consider undesirable.

This one hour consultation session serves as an introduction to the process. Here, we devise a plan of action to be followed out in regular weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring sessions. Recurring sessions can only be booked after the consultation is complete.
